Now the only positives is that Yama took out 5, and Kenpachi 3, ON THEY'RE FUCKING OWN... (shows the uselessness), and whatever Bankai's that were stolen should be free now, (Byakuya, Chojiro, Rose (assuming he lost his to NaNaNa Najahjoop), and not available to Vandenreich/Quincy.
