Perhaps she meant "wolf-like," as in having a voracious appetite... That statement is open for all kinds of interpretations.

Maybe she's furry in all the places clothing covers!
Perhaps she travels in a pack?
OH! Or maybe she needs dental work cause her teeth are all fang-like.
Or canine-like, maybe they are all canine teeth instead of only a few of them.
