What's being argued is that even having a MS means blindness starts to occur. And kakashi has had his MS for over a decade with no hint of blindness at all being mentioned until after Part 2 even started.
It is YOU who are saying MS doesn't lead to blindness, which is why I posted that manga panel showing otherwise.
