Luffy/Sanji wanted Chopper as food remember before they found out he was a doctor?
I'm not agreeing that Momonosuke should be added, but I think there is a possibility there and maybe a foreshadow lies there.
Like why would Doflamingo take Momonosuke and why did Momonosuke sneak on to the ship even though he's not one of the kids listed.
