Perhaps this kid isn't quite as foolish as he looks. Consolidating POWAR, and quieting his critics in one move was pretty slick of him. Unless the guys he killed were the only people that kept his fathers pathetic regime from falling flat on it's face. In which case, he IS a foolish as he looks.
