Law said Vergo is Dfla's right hand man. Judging by his strength, we can conclude that Dfla crew ain't all that powerful (apart from Dfla himself). Luffy did take down 2 Shichibukais pre time-skip, and I'm guessing he can take all down now except Mihawk. This means we will still have to wait till BigMan fight to actually see the true extent to which the SH strength has risen.
