Keep killing them off like roaches, Kiba, Ten-Ten, make examples, rip out they're souls like what happened to Shizune, and let the bodies drop from about a half a mile up. So even if for some sake they can get the soul back, everything will be broken.

But the last 2 Oro, and Sasuke are both Konoha's Curses to the Shinobi World.

Hiruzen allowed Oro the ability of immortality, and allowed Sasuke to understand what devastation and pain are, so they can both inflict kaos. Gotta freakin luv it.
