This is actually not that retarded compared to some of the things that happened prior to the shooting.

One kid got arrested because his friend let him have some of the chicken nuggets he didn't want ( School called it theft ), in another case a kid got suspended for drawing a rocket on a piece of paper( He was planning something ), two ridiculous sexual harassment cases involving little boys ( One got suspended for singing "I'm sexy and I know it", and the other got in trouble for calling his teacher cute ).
