As much as I want to agree with you my dude....Kishi won't go that route...As Oro said this was just for Sasukes resolve. It would be stellar, as Tobimaru is about the only one in the crowd who would enjoy a spar with the young Uchiha. We also don't know what Tobimaru is capable of..so to underestimate him would be reckless. Yes due to their natural affinities Sasuke would stand at an advantage. (all assuming)
