What if these 20 Bounty hunters were equal to him or Hurizen?
It was never said the calibre or exact skill level of each Bounty Hunter.

For all we know it could have been 10 Gol brothers and 10 Silver brothers.
Just saying. We dont have any details to say, " tibirama can't be that great. Bounty hunters took him out."
