The only other thing that has done that is a chidori lance that can cut almost anything though...
And I seriously doubt that a Human body at the waist is more durable then that tentacle was...

And again, minato can use hashirama's attacks against him or summon ninjutsu directly onto the enemy using his time space barrier along with his FTG technique...
