You know you're completely forgetting size, right? Logically, the bigger the barrier, the more chakra it'll spend by just maintaining the damn thing, much less having to move something that makes mountains seem like dunes. There's no indication Minato has the capacity of moving the Senju Kannon, much less the chakra to pull it off.
