Naruto chapter was about retconing already established characters backstories while butchering their personas in order to force them into resembling the main cast.
Bleach was a setup chapter which confirmed things already heavily implied while starting the long anticipated dialog setup to explain Ichigo's lineage.
Really isn't rocket science on which out of the two was a wasted chapter.
PS: It sure as hell wasn't Bleach this week.
