So.. Tonights' meal (nighttime in Denmark, around 8PM here) is beef medalions, served with fried Bacon, onion and Cabbage, grilled peppers and boiled potatoes, also whiskey sauce.
Fry Bacon till halfway done, add ½ onion rings and thinly sliced cabbage, and fry it up Real Good. On another pan, first grill (meaning NO or VERY LITTLE oil) big slices of red pepper, and then grill the beef. Turn them every 15 seconds for maximum moisturized meat. For the whiskey sauce, you can use pre-made stuff, otherwise I have a great recipe, if you want to do that. It is really quite simple, and taste 4 gratizillion times better than the premade stuff.
When the beef is as you want it to be (push a finger on it while on the pan, to find out how you want it; The softer it is, the more rare it is) you can spray some fresh parmesan cheese on top, makes it even better.
