She'll implode from the shameful defeat. Or maybe she'll get killed off by the surprise secret guild master of Saber Tooth for shaming the guild name. Or maybe she'll see the error of her ways and will join up with Fairy Tail. Since friendship power is involved it could go in so many directions.
