That is bugging me too. Sure Nature Chakra is nefarious when the intake is too, but that doesn't logically lead anywhere to Nature Chakra countering itself. But, knowing Kishi, he'll probably throw some hasty explanation that will only make a little more sense just to please the fanboys and apologists.
