It seems that KYF never heard of the protagonist's prerogative to even hope Sasuke becomes better than Naruto, much less actually building a pitiful case around it.
The protagonist's prerogative is that he must have a characteristic that must outshine all other character's characteristics to warrant the protagonist status. In Shounen action titles, the easiest (and by consequence the most common) characteristic is simply being the best and/or the most powerful. No matter how much a Shounen action writer might put forth another characteristic to fulfill the prerogative for narrative's sake, he has to satisfy it also for action's sake or else the character become disjointed.
Of course the prerogative can be put on hold in two cases: when the writer states that another character than the protagonist is the best/most powerful or when he actively deconstructs the very prerogative by various processes, namely making the protagonist lose.
Unfortunately for KYF, Kishimoto neither has stated that Sasuke surpasses/will surpass Naruto nor has challenged Naruto's prerogative in the latest chapters, so facts are easy: no matter how one fanwanks to Sasuke (or any other character for that matter), Naruto will still be the top dog due to protagonist's prerogative.
