topic-well neji may have his bloodlimit, but gai as we know never gives up no matter what....and he has some killer jutsus....not to mention he too might have learned or developed new jutsus....this could go either way but i say gai because he has more experience and he had to deal with sharingan (kakashi) before...so i think he can somehow deal with byakugan........
