Sasuke mostly shows his concern for Sakura in battle. But he did try to cheer her up in the beginning of the show, just before the Chuunin exam. Anyone who says that Sasuke cares nothing for Sakura is a fool.

Do I think its possible that he'll love her back? ::nods:: Yes, I think its very, very likely, all things considered. Now, this is a shounen manga, so romance is not the highlight, but I do think it'll end with a suggestive conclusion to their couple. ^^ Kishimoto did base Sakura around her feelings for Sasuke and its only when she gets the right teacher and drive(to get Sasuke back and help Naruto) does she unleash her true strength.

<3 Sasu/Saku, its my favorite couple in anime.
