Yes a couple of advertised sites are here. Thats because they were posted before the rules were enforced.
As for now, do not make a thread advertising your site.
Its understadable if you ask questions such as:
- i need help on making/coding a layout
- whats the best hosting advice?
- where do i begin making a site?
- anyone know where i can get this (name) script?
- how much does it cost to do...?
and any site related questions such as that. Ask questions like this:
- I need staff and/or help...come visit my site!
and questions going in that direction (aka advertisement in between the lines xD) is an absolute
no.
IF you need that help..just PM people or just advertise site/help you need in your sig like mine. =/
any queries you have, do ask but i just wanted to make it clear as people arent listening.
