MY THOUGHTS
- kabuto is working for danzou and is with Sai all along, the little act of him attacking sai is to trick oro that they dont know each other and the little part of asking can he use sai on his experiment is to allow them some time to talk/plan watever they are planning to plan.. AGAIN i still dont think he is completely loyal to oro but sai's purpose maybe to stop oro from getting to sasuke so Danzou had to do something? or kabuto had to do something and arranged for it? i dont no but i think kabuto plays a part here somewhere
