the main character gon thought that his parents had died but later he finds out that his father is a hunter. a hunter is a job that consits of alot of occupations(docters, blacklist hunters, treasure hunters....ect...).gon decides he wants to become a hunter to find his dad. while takin the hunter examination he meets 3 companions leorio, kurapica and killua. leorio who has a thing for medicine, kurapica who belongs to a tribe which was killed he is becomin a hunter to take revenge on the killers and killua who comes from a family of assassins. together they are tryin to pass the hunter exam...
