I think this would be much better.

Naruto - Macully Culkin or hoever you spell his name
Sakura - Roxanne
Kakashi - Chris Rock
Sasuke - The guy who does the voice for Professor Frink in The Simpsons
Gaara - Jason Mewes, Jayt from the Clerks series of films.

To be honest, I'm not actually going to watch the Naruto Dub. I generally hate dubs and prefer Subs and listening to the original language.
