ill go for kisami, he is not like a stupid follower of itachi and he follow itachi instruction, because itachi knows konoha better than kisami. and neji, lee, tenten and gai with 7 gates barely able to defeat a person with only 30% of kisami chakra. and don’t forget his chakra eating sword. Kakashi didn’t even able to send that woman to anther dimension even with the help of 2 tailed naruto.
