Okay here's a new anime: IkkiTousen.

As a manga it's called: Battle Vixens.

In short- busty school girls relive and fight an ancient war in modern time where in each episode some girl is losing about 98% of her clothes in combat and has about 25-40 panty scenes per episode (13 eps total)
