Ok, I need an Avartar...

Size: 105 by 105
Border: Metalic Silver
Stock: I need it to be like a 10-17 second movie.
Now, I dont have the exact part of it, but its from Episode 58: Hospital Besiege Secret Hands Revealed. It when Gaara starts flash backing about how he killed his mom and was saying "What Am I?".

During the short movie, I need it to turn black for like 2 seconds and have text saying "Dont Leave Me Alone" then a few seconds later it turns black and has text saying "Im not bleeding but it hurts alot. Then one more black flash near the end saying "What Am I?" and then finishes.

I'd really apprecieate it if one of yall could do this. Thanks!
