Bio: An Anbu from the Hidden Village of the Clouds Chibi is a talented ninja with lots of great jutsu. With his sharingan and kyuubi powers he is a force not to be reconded with. His best jutsus include chidori and Kuchiyose no Jutsu (summoning jutsu). He summons toads such as Gamabunta and Gamagakhi. He also can summon the Death God. His water prison jutsu is so strong that it kills the enemy. He can also make 3500 clones with his Taijuu Kage Bushin.
