Re: Precise Chakra Control for Naruto and Medical Ninjutsu for Hinata
Hinata definetly has the drive to be a medic nin because it is one of the most difficult disciplines in ninjutsu and it would help her team immensly. Remember that Tsunade wanted a medic nin on each team and for team Kurenai there is no one better suited to that role.
The Rasengan is a jutsu that requires a lot of concentration due to the form manipulation being at its maximum. Of course one must have good chakra control but it is not at the same level as the likes of Tsunade. Chakra control means using the exact amount of chakra required to perform a jutsu, no more and no less. That is good chakra control. Naruto has a lot of chakra therefore when he uses chakra he is not using it at its optimum. he has so much to spare that he can overuse chakra and still be effective.
If he used the right amount everytime it would mean that he would defeat any enemy.
This will come into play if Naruto fights against skilled opponents one on one. The thing is though for good chakra control Naruto has to be intelligent enough to know how much chakra a jutsu uses.
The author in a plot device to teach the reader\viewer about certain aspects of the story has intentionally made the character of Naruto stupid. He has even gone so far as to have Yamato call him that.
The thing is though it is they are confusing ignorance and stupidity. IN the first part elemental chakra etc did not exist. All it was suiton, katon, doton etc. there was nothing more to it. So now they have added elements and it seems that only now they are important.
Its one thing to make a character naive but to have him ignorant and then insulted by those who keep him ignorant is not cool.
In part II things have not moved as much as they appear to have moved. There is no NaruHina. There is no improvement at all. I mean look at the training with Jiraiya. Other than a secret Jutsu and the Oodama Rasengan there is nothing that has been shown. The new formula seems to be tackle Akatsuki, Fight for a few chapters then defeat one or both of them.
He should shift his focus back to character development.
That went a bit of topic but hey what can you do.
