dont take mine! though I remember eating 10 different types of steak in 1 family bbq, and i didnt gain a thing from it, and im TRYING to gain weight T_T
still, nice pics ekang (: but dont EVER diet. if you really wanna lose wieght, dieting slows down your metabolism, and makes you store more fat whenever you DO eat, so just try eating healthier, try things without sauces. Salad dressing is more unhealthy for you than a chocolate bar. (:
in fact, try a veggie binge. just dont stop eatting greens with small portions of meat, wheat and dairy for essential nutrients. the veggies will fill you up, but burn through your system. If you can get binging on those, you're set. Eat as much as you like, because the more you eat, you're letting your body know you dont need to store as much because you'll eat more, plus veggies dont have much to store anyway. By eatting a lot, you'll speed up your metabolism, unless of course its hereditary. just eat a lot of the right foods (:
