dieting doesn't slow down your Metabolism
unless it's a DO NOT EAT Diet
if you don't eat
your Metabolism slows down, so it can make use of what energy is has, more slowly.
Then when you do eat, it's still slow, and stays in your body longer
thus adds to your fat levels, depending on what you hate.
Also, if you want to gain wait
then go to the gym and exercise for hours
then afterwards, eat healthy, or whatnot (can't remember what to eat)
you'll add to muscle mass
THUS gaining weight
enough of Kale and Mooch's health class
