Well, I would create a jutsu that allows me to to play with the Earth's electromagnetic waves, and then repel them with my own, therefore, giving myself the ability to levitate. I would do the same for other people and objects as well, giving myself a huge defensive advantage in battle. *kunai heads straight for head.
