In all seriousness though, that doesn't surprise me. That kind of thing happens all the time in LA, though most of it results in near misses.

I like how the police say there probably won't be any charges. The man was alive when the fucking Titanic sank, even though if this happened to me I'd definitely have to lawyer up. Charging this guy, what would be the point? How much time does he really have left?
