Guys who read Shojo Beat and Girls who read Shonen Jump

If you are a guy do you read stuff like Full Moon or any other very girly shojo beat stuff where the girl is trying to win a boy or something? Do you read any Yaoi with boyboy relationship either? (Not gay, just asking)

If you are a girl do you read any hardcore action mangas like DragonBall Z with Musclebound guys beating on each other with unrealistic hair styles. Do you read any yuri mangas with girlgirl relationships?

BE SURE TO TELL WHY YOU DO OR DO NOT READ THE OPPOSITE GENDER MANGA!!!!

For me I don't tend to like the drawing style in most shojo mangs mainly because the guys are skinnny and look like a woman. Also they draw in thin delicate lines and it has no physical dramatic action or action line with tons of sound effects. WHen you open a shonen the first thing you see is speed lines everywhere, physical action with blood and just about a sound effect for every little step or noise they make. Like for example when Gaara pours his sand you see the letters "Fissssssssss" or when someone is hit you see in huge letters WHAM!!!!!! I also like the pints of blood that pour from from body when they get cut exagerated heavily to the point where a paper cut makes them bleed like a stuck pig.......

Also I like the way the strength of the characters is exaggerated greatly where when they punch the ground they spead debris everywhere. Also they jump at very unrealistic heights and use energy based attacks (ie. gatling gun, chidori, Kamehameha, Rasengan, special beam cannon, spirit gun, black flame dragon)

I guess the reason why I tend to not read shojo is because it is a bit too physically realistic for me...

I watch/read both Shonen and Shojo; and I like both yaoi and yuri (depending on the story) Though I really do prefer yaoi over yuri lol
I prefer my yuri in ff.net; rather than in manga. I've watched Strawberry Panic, a yuri series before, but I have not read any yuri in manga; only yaoi.

I especially agree with this quote; I really don't like shojo.

But any other type of love-romance (mor eguy-like) I like to watch.

There are some Shonens that I don't read. Stuff like Hikaru no go I don't read. I also don't like bleach particularly......
