Sites I use: http://planetrenders.net/ (for renders and tutorials, go to the forum for the tutorials)
and the other site I used is no longer up, so just use that.

My best advice I can give is, make a few sigs based after those set tutorials, then take the smuge setting from one, and the background style from another and just kinda mix and match and make your own, tiz what im doing
