In this FC you create your life in the village(This the Naruto creators FC so we can vote and make a village and make up a kage) that is brand new. No citizens, ninja, homes, or stores. In this FC we will make a village.

-Opportunities
*Create a character
*Become a citizens, a ninja, or a villian
*Make freinds
*build your own homes, places, stores and other buildings you can think of
*Move up ranks and becaome a village leader
*Go through life; become anything you want to be, from a shinobi to a stay at home parent or even own your own ramen shop
*Get Jobs
*Learn techniques and skills

-If your a ninja
*Choose a rank(Cannot be Kage or Sannin until earned)
*Use and make your own techniques
*Have fights
*Go on missions
*Have your own squad

-Rules
*No unlimited power
*No invulnerbilaty
*No god mods

-If you are citizen
Do anything a citizen would do

If you would like state your jutsu that would help

and also start building homes we have to build this village and we need a name

when we get more ninja we wil make squads and go on missions

My jutsus.........

Wind Element:

3 jutsus of wind

1st justs is basically like Asuma, sharper weapon just he use on a sword.

2nd jutsu is called Blade Torando. Create a sharp wind tornado around him that slice anyone around.

3rd justs is called Vacuum. He uses the wind to suck out the oksigen from his enemy surrounding area.

Lightning Element:

1st jutsu is lightning speed: He move as fast as lightning.

2nd jutsu is lightning strike: He shoots lightning from hand.

3rd jutsu is paralyzed: He struck lightning to the earth to paralyzed anyone around him.

He have 2 Signature move: Wind element enhance Giant Shuriken bushin no jutsu

and

Explosive Kunai bushin no jutsu.

Other of his jutsus is simillar to the Root. He use a giant sword like Zabuza and prefer close combat.

While i had some freetime i went searching in the forest and i found some people. they agreed to be our construction workers.

They just build a kages mansion and homes for you guys. They have 1 bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, and bathroom. And they built a weapon store

Let me do a background.

Aria is usually pretty easygoing (to the point of laziness), but can be charismatic, resourceful, and even manipulative if he believes it will serve his village, his squad or his interest(usually dating the teenage Sakura squad members). But he is distracted by pretty much everything, usually girls to the point the enemy will use girls to assasinate him. Luckily it fails though often enough through simple bad luck the girls were defeated.
But when he is serious his physical and mental strength increase drastically, and he becomes dangerously aggressive.

He is one of the few Hidden Moon S-Rank Ninja. He is one of the 7 elite swordsman of the Moon. Since every swordsman have his own department to handle, like R&D, the academy, he got the best job. He leads the Sakura squad. An all female Anbu assasination squad. His job is to recruits female child orphans from war torn country, trains them monitors them, craete teams and sent them on missions. See his personality, the Sakura squad coach did pretty much everything.

He landed this job 2 years after the council chose him over the kage.

Now why would the kage called him a perverted jerk?

-Aringy is a emo ninja who really dos'nt care about any one and is the most powerful of her Clan the Tushibo Clan. But dont get her mad or she will KILL you. She is related to Sasuke Uchiha. Her most powerful Jutsu is Ragori, a combination of the Chidori and the Rasengan.
