Arrancar ceros

Most recently in the bleach anime many of the arrancar, Barragan's and Harribel's fracion, each have a variety of different colored ceros as opposed to the common red cero.
I think that this demeans the other espada for having special, individual colored ceros like Ulquiorra, Nnoitora and Gran Ray cero.

Also in the most recent manga issue (362) do you think Starks ceros should be red or a different color? I think red.
