We have something similar to that in my country,It's called "tok tok" and it works as a cheap taxi. You can stuff 4 people in this babe including the driver.

It's a very good business.

I know all about tok toks. They're the worst thing to grappling hook onto in Just Cause 2. So slow and useless. I Stunt Jump to something else as soon as possible, or just parachute away as soon as I see I've grappled myself a tok tok.

That's thanks to the massive amount of market share consoles have. Developers are now making games for consoles and porting them to the PC as an after thought.

Stop being a whinny pussy, either get DX10 for XP, or throw a second hard drive into your rig and get to dual booting XP and Win7.
