who do u think is the biggest and baddest anime character both male and then female?
for me i would have to say that: Male-Gaara (naruto) Female- Mitsuko Souma (battle Royale) and please no put downs just because you disagree.

Male: Hiko Seijuro is big and pretty bad...
Female: The vespa woman of FLCL is pretty interesting... also, Karin and Tatsuki of Bleach are contenders for this category.
