We have to look for the victims to keep the chance for Medical treat! Hurry and inform Shizune-sama of the Situation we delivered to HQ!
Medical Ninja: Everything will Be prepared until Shizune-sama returns! You can rely on us Sakura-san!

Our Water element user are ready for the water barrier we catch them in the bubble and you ensui and the yamanaka member bind them with your ino-shika Combo until we seal them with Sai's root sealing technique. Guy and me keep the swordsmen in check and some other will back us up with Long range Attacks. The sensors are already out on the field to lure them out as soon as they get sensed we put them down. Get the troops in position.

Scene Change to Naruto

After checking the situations he decides to go to Kankurous and Mifunes Group where the Battle already started and the Kimimaro and chiyo of the Sand got the upperhand.

My guess is that Kishi is going by days here. Each day something new will be brought to the battlefield. Now that the second day of the war begun, the 6 jinks with sharingan and rinnegan were brought into battle along with Naruto and Bee. Sasuke is coincidentally going to heal on the third day, go out into battle, and inflict the damage on the major characters that absolutely none of the edos were able to do up to this point.
