I'm pretty sure there was a thread made like this a while ago, but I would have to say that you're not alone in the confusion. This show is really confusing, one episode might talk about Lil' Slugger, and another is a whole different thing.
But the show is based on people who have something troubling on thier mind, at work, or wherever, and Lil' Slugger comes and hits them on the head with a golden bat. I myself am extremely confused whenever I watch it.... But I just watch it for the hell of it.
