Eh, I'm not a big fan of kicking someone when they're down.

You don't intend to be a bad person, but you always leave a trail of opportunity for someone to take advantage and pounce on you. You shouldn't overinflate situations and make any sexist/racial threads that will get you banned.

Your positive attitude is actually a rarity on this forum, and if you use it well, you can receive lots of "love" around you.
If you really want a shot at being moderator, then start by not making threads that are interpreted as being racial/sexist upon first impressions.

Ok for one thing, he's not going to change so stop pushing it on him too. For one thing, he's a man (am I right ladies?) alls you people who are "for" him have either 1.) made fun of him as well or 2.) are making excuses for him. In fact, this 'change' business is kind of making fun of him and I'm sure it's making him feel more like shit then just picking on him. How would you all like it if someone said to you.

"You're not good enough how you are right now, so change and we'll be your friends."
