Pein's Resemblance

So I'm sure most of you guys saw in 363, the new revealed character Pein--a man who looked strikingly similar to Naruto. What do you guys think about it?
Could it be his dad, or a relative, or maybe they're not even related and just happen to look the same (besides the piercings)?
--On a side point, wouldn't the other members of Akatsuki be shocked when they see Naruto because he looks so much like their leader? Or do you think they know something we don't about Naruto and how he is connected to Pein--

EDIT: I changed my original sentence by taking out AL because we aren't sure if Pein is AL from this chapter, but ok. Here is a pic of the two for comparison. Credit of Coloring goes to SugoiNaruto162

One of the reasons I thought the Al spoiler pics were fake was because of this resemblance. I don't think that they have anything to do with each other, but I am wondering why no one in the series (akat side) has mentioned the uncanny resemblance.

Now that the AL has ben shown ive seen a lot of theories of him being narutos brother and he trying to get revenge on everyone for making his sacrafice himself, but i doubt it, i think he might be releated to naruto maybe an uncle or cousin.

i was shocked by the similalities between them but i doubt that they are related just look alike ALOT

I doubt they are related in any way. If they were, that would put Pein in Kanoha during the time of the fourth and that I serious doubt.

Different villages? What if he changed his headband.. Although i highly doubt it. It's still possible.

Yeah the similarities are shocking. The hair looks the most resembling as well as the face. Not to sure if they're related or not. They could be we'll just have to wait and see.

OMG not this again. When will it ever end. Just because a guy looks simular to someone doesnt mean they are related in anyway. Poor poor Pein first he is Narutos brother and father then he is Tsunades dead brother and now some are saying he is related to neji. Whats next he is gonna be Itachi's and Saukes long lost brother from when there mom was young and didnt know any better. I mean really if he is related to anyone i am sure you will find out.

I thought they looked alike and pein could still be Yodaime... JK! But it is weird how a lot of people have that hair style

Their from two completely different villages. I don't think they look that much a like. Pein's eyes are swirly instead of fixed, like most people. I think if Pein had a different hair style, he'd look way different. Also Pein's hair color is like a light brown or orange color. Their face shapes are a tad bit similar but Naruto's face is more rounder while Pein's is more v shape and skinnier torwards the chin.

Pein and and Naruto may look alike but they are in no way related. If they were Pein would have a Konoha headband instead of an Ame headband. And besides If you look at Pein's eyes they are grey and swirly and his hair is brownish red. Naruto has eyes are Blue and normal and he has blond hair. Where do people come up with these theories?

Eh, I don't think they're related. They do look similar, but that really doesn't mean much.

I don't they'd be shocked. Itachi didn't really comment on their similar looks, neither did Kisame, nor Deidara, nor Tobi, nor Sasori, nor Orochimaru, nor Kakuzu.

It's true that they look similar, but Kishi probably did that just to get his laughs? They're from different villages, so them being related would be a long-shot. It's very unlikely, anywho.

Why no one in the Akatsuki has mentioned it? ..... They're scared to question their leader, maybe?
Or maybe because there is no relation, and they know it; they don't need to bring it up. =/
