I think he is more likely to go to for Ruika then Orihime. But when he relisases [bad sp I know] that she loves Renji he will got to Orihime.

Me thinks Rukia is just a very close friend. She doesn't like Ichigo in the same way as Orihime and Ichigo displays a more friendly attitude toward Rukia than a romantic one.
