well first thing you would want to do is host the image on a website like photobucket.com and that way you can obtain a url link to post onto the forum

You take a pic of it or scan it, save it to you computer, go to photobucket.com, upload the file and copy/paste the IMG code onto here.

It says your album is private. Okay, click on the pic and on the bottom right side you'll see some rows of text. Pick the one that has the IMG thing next to it. Just click it, a yellow box that says 'Copied' should come up. Up come to the thread, right click and select paste. Hit 'Post Quick Reply' and it'll come up.
