Hm, I don't knwo if I can explain it well, but let me try.

Sasori gave his life away so he could become the real shinobi-a human weapon. Sasori means Scorpion, and it is said that scorpions sometimes sting themselves to death. He did somethign similar to himself. He made a complete weapon out of his very flesh. He make himself a puppet. He completely lacks emotions. He is the perfect killing machine.
He is a genius at doing his job-killing.

Perhaps, Sasori used a jutsu similar to Chiyo's with Gaara's revival to transport his soul within the puppet.

Maybe, but I don't think so. Do you remember how Chiyo made her hand a puppet hand when it was needed to make a chakra shield against Iron Sand? She also mentioned that only Sasori is able to make puppets out of humans so they retain the abilities they had while alive.
I don't know, maybe even Kishi never thought of that, lol.

He was 17, and he fought Tsunade equally. The guy is a machine. He is really great. Said to be on pair with Kakashi who was 9 years older.

Well not really tsunade was scared of blood and was not fighting back at all after he spiled his blood on her otherwise that punch she wanted to deliver would kill him he only fought good because she didn't do anything. Right now if she fought him she would kill him easily.

It's kind of how sasuke defeated naruto in the valley he won naruto on a whim because naruto didn't want to hurt sasuke otherwise we all know who would be victorius that rasengan with kyuubi's chakra would kill sasuke same in this case kabuto fought on par because tsunade was scared to move.

It's true! Lee works unbelievably hard, no ordinary person could do what he does each day. ^^ To me he is a genius because of that. Perseverance is a fitting word for him.

Tsunade vs. Orochimaru. A healthy one.

Somewhere I read that there was a circle of strength amongst the Sannin: Jiraiya was weaker than Orochimaru, Orochimaru was weaker than Tsunade, and Tsunade was weaker than Jiraiya. When I read this, I was, like, 'What the fudgesicle?! Oro weaker than Tsunade?' But then I saw that one episode with the Sannin battle, and figured that that was where they got the Tsunade is stronger thing.

I think Orochimaru could have done much better against them if his arms weren't...purple...

Thus the 'healthy' Oro note.

Strength is measured very differently in the Naruto world. Naturally, Tsunade's medical skills and actual physical power is way above any of that coming from Jiraiya and Orochimaru. Jutsu wise, neither Tsunade nor Jiraiya can touch Orochimaru.

Yes, yes, that's what I thought. B'cause I was like...whaaa?

Anyway, Orochimaru could get a tad fatigued if Tsunade continually uses Creation Rebirth ("Mitotic Regeneration", from English ), but that wouldn't help her much.

Using it once is fine during a major battle, but she's a Sannin. She wouldn't be stupid enough to use it several times during a major battle. That's like a slow suicide. The only way I can see Orochimaru being fatigued from a battle against Tsunade is if she does her routine of going after him to knock his lights out. Chasing after him, and stuff. Although, that would tire her out also, and he'd still have plenty of chakra left to push her away with his jutsus.
