captin america got sniped, and died. Batman, he just got captured a few times. With out the captin's sheild, he has no powers, and batman doesn need his belt just for hand to hand combat

Dude, first off, lolwut?

Secondly, according to wiki he's regarded as one of the best martial artists in the super-hero world. And uses non-shitty arts like boxing and judo as apposed to junk like lolninjitsu. Pretty sure he kicked the hulk's ass or some shit too, and that dude is the fucking incredible hulk. He'd rough batman up, especially in unarmed combat.

End of fucking discussion, dude. We're not going to debate super heroes. I forbid it. : )

The only reason Batman ever loses a fight is if he plans on giving his opponent a false sense of security before he systematically destroys all of their plans. He's like Doctor Doom except more loathing, ninja skills, and a hell of a lot scarier.
