Pretty sure he's trying to say that he has a website/forum. This website/forum of his got "hacked" and he's going to try and get it back by attempting to enlist 4chan as his personal army, using them as a distraction, and h4x0ring his admin account back. Then he's going to ban everyone or something.

Obviously this is stupid as shit and definitely won't work for a number or reasons (not your personal army, this guy isn't a hacker, etc.). Pretty sure that's his plan though. *shrugs*
