i have never really talked to him all that much so i dont really know him so he pulls this and i have no trust for him.....

What he did was based on a horrible feeling of mistrust. From his perspective, it's not wrong. But to mistrust another member of staff is what's wrong from our perspective.

And Bal, your first double quote of slayer was kind of right. But the second one only shows a very vague contradiction.
