Ok here is what I think its gonna happen:

Hebi will be finish off ( or at least one of their members by an akatsuki) my guess will be Juugo goes first...why?....cuz sasuke its passed out, nobody can control him now so he probably gonna go al CS mode and get killed.... after a big fight (not very sure abut this) Sasuke will go back with Naruto and Co.....why?... well he has lost Oro's power... so he's back to "normal" (whatever that is)... Itachi probably said something about konoha and madara...and...last but not least... lets face it people...afther a villian/or ex-good character, or sonn-to-be-good character go to the good guys side, suddenly he become usesless against the new enemys...(for example... remeber vegeta in DBZ) he's good and then everyone is kicking his ass... well thats just guessig.....

Sorry if someone already said this, but the Madara that Itachi talked about had EMS, but the Sharingan that Tobi had was the same as Kakashi's. Wouldn't Tobi's Sharingan be EMS if he was the "historical" Madara (as is pictured below)?

Juugo may perish, I agree there is no way to control him, but his bird always watches out for Sasuke so he will be the first Hebi team member to know the battle is over, also Kisame is a suspect in the the sabotage in the Uchiha Battle... who knew besided Kisame, and possibly Madera that this fight was going to take place, nobody else except team Hebi knew of this and they had zero access to sabotage Itachi...but as I stated once, Itachi spoke of disdain 'Madera is a shell of his former self', and now we have the Madera diss 'Sasuke won, who would of guessed that, Not!!' to his supposed best student, that assisted him in wiping out the Uchiha clan... this is the same Madera with these awesome powers that allowed Deidara, and Itachi personally to perish, basically feeding them to Sasuke, why??? Not one member of the Akatsuki should be dead right now, not one. If I were a member, I'd wonder if not a leader when my time was coming.

Itachi, Sasuke, has had their sharingan activated, de-activated, and MS, nothing solid or consistent like Kakashi, because he can't turn his off, I don't believe Madera is under the same restraint, but he activated his he's about to do something, the chapter just ended.

That is an awesome prediction. Think that the naruto aspect would be great as another followup for him to surpass his father, but I doubt that Kishi would do such a great tactic for Naruto to get it down and in record time to use to track down Sasuke. Still awesome prediction though. Stay tuned for mine in time..

All this recent talk about space-time transfer, Naruto being the son of the 4th's, and Naruto being the Destined Child, and the fact that Team Konoha needs to get a move on, kind of pushed me for this time of prediction. But I'll be waiting to see that prediction of yours. I wonder what kind of direct it will take. But I think it is obvious that Konoha needs to get a move on, and they may need to take some serious methods.

did u see the look on kakashi's face when he stared at tobi at the end of the chapter? i think he's discovered that tobi has the sharingan or something. I just know somehow that Kakashi was either really suprised or scared about something. I can't exactly explain it too well.....
But I liked how the whole team 7 was worried about Sasuke after they found out that he might die from injuries! (stupid sasuke making them all worry like that)
i wanta learn more about tobi in the next chapter. hes so mysterious....plus like masashi said in the interview, he wants something big to happen to kakashi. so i personally cant wait for that either.
I hope the next chapter is about tobi and kakashi!!!

Madara: So long Konoha gang it's been fun.
Yamato: You are not going anywhere. *Mokuton wraps around Madara*
Madara: Same as the first jutsu. No biggie *Uses a replacement*
Zetsu (Light): We should take care of these fools first
Zetsu (Dark): Especially the one that called us "Aloe Vera".
Madara: Zetsu handle these weaklings. I'm off to capture the machine. *Madara vanishes*
Naruto: Shit he got away.. Enough with this Akatsuki bullshit. *Mass shadow clones*
Zetsu (light): There sure is a lot of them.
Zetsu (Dark): They seem to be weak. Lets use that Katon Sasuke used on Itachi. *The katon kills 1/4 of the shadow clones.
Kakashi: This guy! How is he able to use Sasuke's Katon techniques?!
Yamato: The book said his eyes are somewhat special from the Byakugan and Sharingan?
Kakashi: Naruto be careful!! *Naruto goes 2 tails from frustation.*
Shino: It's hard for my bugs to keep up with him, because he fuses with solid material a lot.

I think that him learning his dad's jutsu is super mega best case scenario and prob.... wont happen.

They will find Sasuke . . .Sakura will have to heal him or he will die . . . team Hebi will show up and either help, hinder, or both

We might cut to the confrontation with Suigetsu and Shark-boy within the next two chapters

finaly kakashi has seen madaras sharingan i think now the argue about tobi-madara thing is going to be clear from now , at same time i do believe that its time to see why the kuubi warned sasuke not to kill naruto !!!
