Just putting this out there and would love to here others opinions (sorry if this has already been discussed but it's my first post)

now before everyone starts to point out that Tobi has already been identified as Madara could it be possible that he has perfected the same (or similar) technique as Orochimaru and has taken Obito's body, My evidence for this theory starts with the one visible sharingan on his right side and we all know who obito gave his left to, Then theres the happy-go-lucky attitude which could possibly have been somewhat infectious from Obito take Kakashi for example, after getting the sharigan he developed Obito's lateness. well thats about all i can think of right now and I hope people can provide some insiteful posts other than blamming my theory with crude remarks

In regards to your post, his mask is designed to focus in on his sharingan. That does not mean he does not have another sharingan
Uchiha's have been shown to be arrogant and it is possible Madara believes he will not need more than 1 sharingan for the time being.
Tobi's attitude appears to be only an act while he is working on ulterior motives
Finally the body-swapping thing is an interesting idea, but I do not believe so.
